HOW TO ORDER AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Currently, fritz & gigi.com ships only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Free shipping promotions may not apply to rural Alaska, Hawaii and Canada residents. If you are interested in international shipping, please email us at support@fritzandgigi.com You may order online or by calling fritz & gigi customer service at (866) 503-7489. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards. We do not accept cash or checks and all transactions are in U.S. Dollars.

RETURNS POLICY

At fritz & gigi, we are proud of the high-quality, designer products we offer. However, if you are dissatisfied with an item, please follow these instructions:

  • All returns must be accompanied with a sales receipt, have the original tickets attached, and be in original condition.
  • Items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of the sales receipt date for refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & fees) on the original credit card. After 14 days, an online credit will apply. After 45 days returns will not be accepted.
  • Special orders and personalized/monogrammed items are non-returnable.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Without a receipt, only an exchange or online credit will be applied.
  • If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, please call a fritz & gigi representative for assistance at (866) 503-7489.
  • Please insure your package for the value of the goods and send by a traceable method of shipment to the address below within fourteen (14) days of receipt:

    EXCHANGES

    Merchandise may be returned for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. Be sure to specify what you need in exchange. A $5.00 re-shipping charge will be applied unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. Please insure your package for the value of the goods and send by a traceable method of shipment to the address below within fourteen (14) days of receipt:

    Pending order confirmation and credit card approval, all orders will be processed within 24 hours.

    Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. Delivery charges are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped on a given order.

    Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada

    Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Customers residing in Canada will be responsible for any taxes and duties. If you wish to receive your merchandise sooner, please contact a fritz & gigi representative to discuss shipping options and prices at (866) 503-7489.

    SALES TAX

    A sales tax of 5% is added to all orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. Customers residing in Canada will be responsible for any taxes and duties.

    ORDER TRACKING

    After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from fritz & gigi. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships, which will include tracking information as well.

    GIFT WRAPPING

    If your package is a gift, please indicate when you place your order. We will be pleased to wrap your gift free of charge. Please note that some larger items cannot be gift-wrapped. Items on sale are not available for gift wrap. If you have any questions regarding which items can and can not be wrapped, please contact us at (978) 369-3253.
